About
Storm Orion is a senior product executive who has spent more than twenty years shipping consumer electronics and gaming hardware at global scale. He has led product portfolios across Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and PC, and built OEM products entrusted to him by Disney and LEGO, shipped at their quality standard, at their scale, with their name on the box.
His career started at the Carnegie Mellon Robotics Institute, moved through twelve years of worldwide consumer electronics spanning 40 factories and 20 countries, and scaled into gaming hardware across every major platform. He operates across the full product system, from portfolio strategy and product architecture through licensing, engineering, manufacturing, and go-to-market, with uncommon depth at each layer.
He is named as inventor on over 25 U.S. patents for products he shipped. Orion holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, conducted research at both the CMU Robotics Institute and the Carnegie Mellon Research Institute, and returns to Tepper as a guest lecturer. He is currently SVP of Product Management at Turtle Beach.
